In case your membership card is lost, damaged or stolen, a duplicate card can be requested (on payment), but vouchers cannot be re-issued under any circumstances.

All unutilized vouchers will be renewed at the time of renewal.
Complimentary nights are not valid at farmhouses and apartments.
Grand Hospitality reserves the right to change or amend membership benefits without prior notice. The membership fee is non-refundable.
